Mukund is the Founder and CEO of DemandLane, a claimant acquisition company focused on providing qualified retainers to law firms nationwide. Mukund has been one of the most progressive thought leaders in the legal industry since the beginning. His knowledge spans across a wide spectrum including advertising, intake qualification, case administration, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and more. Mukund also has more than two decades of experience in marketing and sales. In addition to his involvement with DemandLane, Mukund is also a principal in several ventures where he maintains advisory roles.

Mukund has a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science from the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign.

Rob O’Sullivan joined DemandLane as the Vice President of Business Development. Rob comes to us with over 20 years of providing professional services to law firms. Over the past 15+ years, he has focused on plaintiff firms in providing client development and media services to firms across the country.

Serving in Executive roles at LexusNexus, Walker Advertising, Jacoby & Meyers and LeadingResponse, he has stood alongside firms trying to grow their practices in the practice areas of Mass Tort, Personal Injury, SSD, Workers Compensation and other custom campaigns. Rob recently relocated back to Southern California where he spends as much time as possible with his wife, daughter, son and 4 dogs.
